Room are not same as shown in pics. Very old rooms not all hygienic. I have booked room here by trusting photos, but reality is worst. Firstly situated at very very cosy road , some how we reached at location, went check rooms before check in and found that we are cheated, the rooms were very dirty and small and 50% as shown in photo's, when I asked for cancellation their sales person Tarun denied to refund the advance amount and instead asked for full payment. Then stated to use his mavali language " Mai dekhta hoo tum Mussoorie se bahar kaise jate ho". As like Mussoorie owned by his fore father. Also we sence some fishy thr This hotel is not at all suggest for family or Normal sofesticated ppls.

I recently had the unfortunate experience of staying at Hotel Ashirwad on September 10th, 2023. I had booked a two-night stay, but due to the issues I encountered during my brief visit, I had no choice but to check out the very next day. First and foremost, the safety of guests at this hotel is a significant concern. On the night of my arrival, I witnessed an alarming incident of staff fighting in the hotel lobby. This not only made me feel unsafe but also raised serious questions about the hotel's commitment to the well-being of its guests. My stay at Hotel Ashirwad was so distressing that I decided to cut my reservation short, checking out after just one night instead of the originally planned two nights. This decision was driven by the concerning safety issues and the overall disappointing experience I had at the hotel. To make matters worse, the room tariff charged by Hotel Ashirwad was exorbitantly high considering the subpar services and safety precautions in place. It's essential for a hotel to offer a good value proposition to its guests, and in this regard, Hotel Ashirwad fell significantly short of expectations. I sincerely hope that the management of Hotel Ashirwad takes these concerns seriously and works towards improving. Thanks & Regards Alisha Malik

We got room with balcony and the view was breathtaking. You don’t have to go anywhere to see sunrise and sunset! And you will find the best staff here! They were so nice and helpful they literally helped us plan our whole day, they even helped us with taxi services for our tour! They were the nicest and kindest people! If you are going to Mussoorie do plan your stay with Ashirwad hotel.

Hotel located on congested Mall Road near Picture Palace & Gantaghar is a glaring example of mismanagement. Stayed in hotel for two days in April’2022. The front desk staff is very rough & non-cooperative. The rooms are quite congested. Most of amenities in the room are not working. Water was continuously leaking from WC in wash room , but was not attended inspite of repeated reminders. Parking is a big issue, no place for parking. Room & restaurant service is really poor . Overall bad experience ! Don’t recommend anyone for stay in this hotel.
